Project start dates depend on my current booking calendar. I will go over availability during your discovery call. Once you are officially on board and have completed your intake forms, I will confirm your start date and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
I have a streamlined onboarding system that makes it easy for you to share your vision. You will start by filling out tailored intake forms that cover your business goals, preferences, and inspiration. From there, you will book a one on one consultation where we review everything together before I start designing.
Keeping your site updated is key to making a great impression and staying competitive. While ongoing maintenance is optional, I do recommend it for at least six months after launch.
My monthly maintenance plan includes a site checkup, updates, broken link scan, traffic report, and speed test. If you need edits down the road — like updating services or swapping out photos — you can always reach out and I will help at my hourly rate.
To establish a beautiful on brand website having a logo, fonts and colours that you love are essential. You are more than welcome to bring in work from another designer, or have your brand development done by us.
Having great images for your website is very important. If it’s not possible we are able to source stock images for your site. We work with some amazingly talented photographers who will bring your brand and your business to life with their magical skills.

Domain: You will need to purchase a domain if you do not already have one. Most plans include a free domain for the first year, then renew for about twenty dollars per year.

Extra pages: If your project grows beyond the initial scope, additional pages are available for an extra fee.
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your project in my calendar. The remaining balance is due when your project begins. This helps keep everything on schedule and ensures I can dedicate time to your build.
Absolutely. If it makes more sense to take things step by step, we can space your project out. A great place to begin is with brand development. Once that is complete, we can move on to photography and then your website design.
Yes, I accept both credit card payments and e transfers from Canadian banks.
